Refund policy

At Comfort Kadam, we stand behind the quality of our premium foam slippers. We offer a strict 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy to protect our genuine customers.

Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange:

1. You received a damaged or defective item (e.g., the slipper is broken upon arrival).

2. You received the wrong product or wrong colors (different from your order).

3. The product fails our "Bend Test" (it is made of hard plastic instead of flexible foam).

Invalid Reasons for Return:

• "I changed my mind."

• "I don't like the color anymore." (Especially for our mixed-color bundles).

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp at 03222566442 within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

2. Provide your Order Number and a clear video/photo of the defect.

3. Once approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back to our warehouse.

Refund Process: Since we use Cash on Delivery, refunds cannot be reversed to a credit card. Approved refunds will be transferred directly to the customer's EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Account within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
