Shipping policy

Order Processing & Confirmation At Comfort Kadam, we process all orders within 24 hours. Because we operate primarily on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model, every order is verified via a WhatsApp message or Phone Call before dispatch. If an order is not confirmed by the customer within 48 hours, it will be automatically cancelled to prevent fake orders.

Delivery Timeframes

• Karachi: 2 to 3 Business Days.

• Punjab, Islamabad & KPK: 3 to 5 Business Days.

• Remote Areas: 5 to 7 Business Days.

Shipping Charges

• We currently offer FREE Home Delivery across Pakistan on our special promotional bundles (e.g., the 3-Pair Pack).

• For single-item purchases, a standard flat-rate delivery fee of Rs 200 applies.

Courier Partners We partner with premium logistics services (such as Trax, Leopards, and PostEx) to ensure your parcel reaches you safely. The courier rider will call you at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready.
